As Mister Rogers explains, “play is often talked about as if it were a relief from serious learning.” He continues, “but for children, play is serious learning.” If there is anything to be learned from children, it is that play and experimentation expand our horizons. This program compiles cartoons and television shows that were intended as educational programming, but that also push into bizarre, experimental, and psychedelic territories.
