Artist Statement

In 2009, I created a scene for Casey Pugh’s Star Wars Uncut (2012), a fan-made shot-for-shot recreation of Star Wars: A New Hope (1977). The film was divided into 473 fifteen-second segments, and each segment was remade in the creator’s individual style. For my segment, I recreated the scene using found footage.
